Synoptic Situation A high pressure system near New Zealand extends a ridge to New South Wales north coast. During Sunday the ridge will weaken as the high moves south-southeast and a southerly change associated with a cold front crossing the southern Tasman Sea will develop on the south coast in the evening extending to the far north coast later on Monday.
