Seasafe launches portable Man-Overboard tracking kit

In line with their policy of continuing R & D, Brisbane based Mob & Lost-Diver Tracking and Location technology company, Seasafe, has launched their revolutionary new ‘Portable’ Man- Overboard and Lost-Diver Tracking system.

In response to a growing global demand for a completely self-contained portable system, Seasafe have incorporated their standard MOB and Lost-Diver system into a rugged water and shock proof case. Inclusion of a 30cm stubby omni-directional antenna (approximate 3 km signal range)which screws on to the lid of the case, ensures the system can now be safely transported anywhere in the world for immediate use. Mariners and divers can now be assured of their own safety when travelling locally or abroad by carrying their own safety system with them. The portable Seasafe kit is particularly useful in countries and areas that do not offer resident marine Search & Rescue responders. In the first few weeks since launch, Seasafe have sold 10 of the new portable kits as far afield as the Czech Republic and Maldives. The new system offers particular value to charter operators and dive clubs who now have the opportunity to rent the kit out to members as a service and also as a source of recurring income.
All Yachties, divers and commercial operators should seriously consider the Seasafe Man-Overboard system as a critical piece of safety equipment. The ability to respond to an MOB incident immediately at vessel level should not be understated.

Seasafe Pty Ltd is in the process of appointing a network of National and International dealers and would welcome enquiries from any prospective distributors.
